The proposed development is a residential community that consists of villas, town houses, apartment buildings and their needed common facilities such as Hyper Market and Recreational Club. It comprised 385 villas; eight residential buildings hosting 532 apartments; a recreation center unfolding a mosque, a gym, retail shops, a bowling center, and other entertainment facilities.
